Designed to help you keep track of the digital and POD items you create and sell, the Online Seller’s Tracker features 10 pages for each month, for a total of 120 monthly pages. Each page is designated to one specific platform. Regardless if you sell the same product on two (or more) platforms at once, you should track them separately. The same product usually sells differently on different platforms.
Each month, for each platform, you track the products created, products added (for sale on that platform), products sold, revenue, financial investments, fees, and profits accumulated each day. Do not wait until the end of the month or the end of the week, write as you go. Take some time at the end or at the beginning of each day to record your recent accomplishments.
At the end of each month, flip to the end of the journal and record a summary of that month’s accomplishments. There are 12 pages, one per month, to record the total number of products live, the number of products added, the number of products sold, bestsellers, revenue, investments, fees, and profit for each platform. This overview will help you see where the biggest profits come from, what and where to focus on.
The Online Seller’s Tracker has no calendar dates, so you can get started with it on any day of the week, on any month of the year. The journal is very versatile and can be of great use to anyone selling anything from merch, stock photography/ videography, print on demand stickers, digital products on personal websites, and anything else in between.
Product dimensions are 8.5 X 11 inch (US Letter size).
